The complex consists of three maisonettes, each with an attic bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, a bathroom, a steam iron and ironing board, and a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two children, TV, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, kitchen table with four chairs) as well as a larger bathroom with a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Each maisonette has a private garden and an outdoor table with chairs.

The distance between the house and the sea is 400 meters.

There is a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and grocery store nearby.

- Check out: 11:00 am

This accommodation  is a non-smoking accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.

There is no reception at this property. In order to arrange your check- in please contact the property at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, using the information on the booking confirmation.

The host will welcome the  guests upon their arrival.

WHAT IS REQUIRED AT CHECK – IN:

- The minimum check-in age is 18 years.

This property is subject to enhanced cleanliness measures. The accommodation uses a disinfectant and a steam cleaner for cleaning, the sheets and towels are washed at a high temperature, and new kitchen sponges and wettex are provided for each change in the guests' stays.
